Each piece is produced in a small, limited run tied to a single message. Once a drop closes, it is no longer available. The following sets out how orders are shipped and how returns are handled.
Shipping destinations
Orders are shipped within the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please contact us at [ your contact email ] before placing an order and we will advise on available options.
Processing & shipping times
Drops are released as limited events rather than ongoing inventory. After a drop closes, orders are dispatched within [ 5–7 ] business days. Certain pieces are made to order in limited runs; where a drop requires additional production time, the expected timeframe is stated on the drop page. A tracking number is provided by email once the order has shipped.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags attached. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
As each piece is produced in a single limited run, exchanges are not offered. Once an item or size has sold out, it cannot be reordered. If a different size is required, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order while the item remains in stock.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, or an incorrect item is received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In these cases we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Items affected by an error on our part are not subject to final sale.
